I removed a sgp crystal screen protector from a iphone 5 I returned and want to use it on one I will pick up today. Can I do a wet install?

It's a static cling film, just clean it and reinstall it. I suppose you could do it wet but I don't see why.

are you sure? thought it was an adhesive -- I know Power Support are static.

did a wet install of mine (SGP Ultra Crystal) and went on quite easily.

I removed an SGP screen protector from an iPhone 5 I returned early this week and stuck it on the back plastic that I'd retained from the original SGP (dry) install. After I picked up the replacement phone on Wednesday, I did another dry install, making rule not to touch the back of the SGP. It took some fiddling, but I was able to remove the stray dust particles that were trapped beneath the film (probably mostly from sticking it on the original backing).

Wet or dry install it does not matter.

Just stick a big piece of tape on the sticky side that covers the whole protector, then remove it to eliminate dust particles.
