SGP EX Ultra - static or wet install?

I'm trying to figure out if this is supposed to be like their static protection or the wet install like the Zagg. Any thoughts?

if you scroll all the way down it shows whats included
no application solution
so that means its a dry install

And they are both hard protectors, right? I think that this is the protection i will get for my iphone 4 (and I've said that on like 3 different products lol). I wish you could have a crystal front and matte back. I like the matte look, but if it diminishes the screen even slightly, it would slightly defeat the purpose of the iPhone 4's amazing screen.

Correct. Front and back are hard protectors. The sides, I'm not sure if they are just "sticker" like without solution or if they need to be wet to be applied. I hope they take pre-orders soon!
