You have a 50/50 shot. SGP replied to a tweet earlier today on this subject saying that if you get it to fit it will be very tight and have a gap (I suspect because the case is bowing). They said if you get it to fit you can be considered lucky.
Yikes! 50 bones for an iPad back! I'd take a long hard look at Bridgeway by Devicewear that Psychonaut just posted. It comes complete for less than $30.
