SGP Linear Case

Haven't seen anyone post about SGP's newest offering.

Right now the clear version is available, white and black, with colors coming in April.

Only for AT&T iPhone right now.

My review unit recently arrived and I like it.

Looking forward to the review. I am curious to hear about:

Thickness relative to the Neo Hybrid
Watermarking/scratches on the clear part
Fit with a screen protector

It looks almost exactly the same as the Ultra Slider just a different name.
 
It looks really nice! Can't wait to see your review. I'm just worried that if the phone gets dropped, the pieces will fly right off leaving the iPhone exposed.

Nice video review, Larry. My big concern with this and the other crystal backs was the watermarking and scratching. But the case looks really nice on the iphone. Might be a nice upgrade to the Neo-hybrid EX for some people...

How does the thickness of the bumper part compare to the Neo-hybrid?
 
looks like my type of case... cept... i think there will be dock problems >_>;
 
I have always been suspect of snap type cases. If this were to be dropped are you saying that this would not explode on impact and become 3 seperate pieces leaving the iphone on ground naked?

I do like the style of the case, its like an incase without the issues. I didnt watch the video yet but is it possible for front and back screen protectors? and again will this pop open on impact?

Kinda like it, especially the black version. My only concern is the ports, probably same like hybrid neo couldn't accept my akg headphones or my 3rd party cables.

Looking for a matte black non TPU material case which provide protection for top and bottom as well.

I have vapor ar-15v, capsule rebel, apple bumper, incase snap, hybrid ex but the most I use is Pixelskin HD.
 
Hey Larry, does that rubbery bumper wiggle? I thought it's gonna be polycaronate or some other plastic but it seems like silicone or some other kind of rubber. Does it wiggle or move when it's all installed?
 
Larry can you give your opinion if you think this case would pop open on impact. This is the reason i hate snap style cases.

It snaps together pretty tight but I of course can't say for sure.

If it does at least than means the case is taking the bulk if the impact and not the phone.
