Stabilizers arrived as I was leaving my house on lunch so I haven't installed yet. They appear to have included screen protectors as well. At first glance they are the same ones offered on Amazon right now.

I will update once they are installed.

*Edit* I installed the stabilizers and my power button is much easier to press.

When I initially put the case on (9/19) the power button was nearly impossible to press. After more use I noticed it had improved and now with the fix it feels great.

SGP also included 3 screen protectors that I confirmed are the same as the one that I am currently using- they do not cover the curved edges.

They also included an extra set of the stabilizers - make sure you put them somewhere safe! I do not take my case off frequently but can see them falling off for the folks that do. They seem to be held on by a week adhesive.

They almost remind me of adhesive feet that you would find on household appliances (only smaller).

How'd you guys request these? I sent an email using the form on their website and have yet to get a reply 3 days later.

I didnt request anything, they emailed me saying they made a mistake on the case and they were shipping me the stabilizers. I got them today and the buttons work now.

Not sure if it makes a difference but I ordred mine on Amazon. I was contacted by SGP via email late last week.

The inclusion of screen protectors is cool. I will probably just use them on family phones since it does not cover the entire face.

Received mine today as well. Makes the buttons perfect now. Mine had 3 screen protectors as well, which include the front camera cutout, my original Spigen protectors did not have the cutout so that's nice.

Me too. I ordered from Amazon.
Unless I missed an email there wasn't any tracking included in the email from SGP and I do not believe that I received anything when it shipped.

They sent 2 emails. They looked almost identical but the second had a tracking # in the middle of the email. I overlooked it originally.

When will the revised cases be available on Amazon? Or are they just going to continue to ship out stabilizers to anyone who buys one lol

Its probably going to take a month or two for them to fully fix the problem on new cases instead of shipping them with the stabilizers.

Got my stabilizers today as well. The buttons (especially the power/sleep button) are much more responsive. It's a night and day difference for me at least. Makes me dislike my case a bit less. It's just a place holder until better cases are released.

I got my Neo Hybrid today with the stabilizer. I didn't need to add the stabilizer. Love the case. Will be using it interchangeabley with my Neo Hybrid EX bumper.
