SGP Skin Guard + BSE Body Only Skin

So, I was thinking about getting the SGP Skin Guard which includes the Screen cover.

However, to protect the sides(i'm not sure that I want a bumper) and also to protect the apple logo under the cutout, I was thinking about getting the BestSkinEver Body Only skin.

I was just wondering, anyone know if I'll run into any problems applying the Skin Guard over the Best SkinEverBody skin on the back?
