I've noticed that several case manufacturers have updated the camera "hole" for the iPhone 4/4S to provide optimal performance when taking pictures/shooting video.

However, some of the SGP case line, including the SGP Skin Guards, have a smaller hole for the iPhone 4S. Is there a standard "size" to allow optimal performance? Will the SGP Skin Guards for the iPhone 4S cause camera problems?
