"sh" is now starting in the background from an "unidentified developer" immediately after the 13.2 update. Any ideas what it is?

After installing the 13.2 update, I am now seeing a login item "from an unidentified developer." Got the notification banner that this app is now launching in the background.

Based on its Finder location, I think it is probably some kind of system update thing? But not sure.

`sh` is a program that can be used to execute other programs. It is likely being used by something you installed —not part of macOS or from Apple.
