Can a iCloud Organizer who is a family member(same last name) have access to my personal files on my MacBook Air(late 2010)? I have noticed family controls/restrictions have been modified multiple times(multiple years) in my laptops software framework, along with other shady installations including but not limited to SreenSharing, Screen Reader..

I don't know how to modify frameworks(besides the auto modifications from updates) but i see this user, Daemon that is modifying many many frameworks over several years. I've read a lot about the high sierra update 'root' loophole that allows root user to become the ultimate administrator. I had family that said that the high sierra update wasn't available when they were 'helping' me clean up my laptop during a visit on thanksgiving 2017, because it had become slow as a snail in the couple months leading up to family 'cleaning it' thanksgiving. Family said that high sierra wasn't available in late November 2017, but I've seen that it was in fact available at the time.
When i got home from the visit, my laptop was Even SLOWER! He also installed a 'daisy disk' storage app but i tried to look at what was on there and i didn't 'have permission' to view information on MY laptop...
There is a lot of private files on my laptop that i can Not access..

This is expected behaviour; Daemon are system processes:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daemon_(computing)

See my own daemons attached.

If you find your Mac is running slowly, create a backup using Time Machine or Carbon Copy Cloner (my preference) then erase your disk and reinstall macOS using recovery disk per below:
https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201314
Erase the disk first in disk utility, then reinstall OS.

Daisy Disk is a reputable Mac app 'he' would've installed to help find big files: https://daisydiskapp.com

Nothing malicious about it.
