Hi all,
On OSX 10.6.8 with a USB mouse when I click on two different points quickly enough the system behaves as if I double-clicked. As far as I understand double-clicks should only be triggered if the user clicks on the *same* point twice. The behavior is not consistent across applications: if I click on two different files in Path Finder the first file I clicked opens, but in Finder the second one would open.
Does anyone know whether this is a bug or the expected behavior, if there is a setting to trigger double-clicks only when the same point is clicked twice, or if there is a good enough workaround to prevent it from happening?
Thanks,
Marc.
