Shapeshifter Won't Theme Finder

I installed Shapeshifter, but it won't theme Finder.

I've tried deleting the prefs and caches and still nothing.
I've also heard that iTunes 7.47 screws up SS, but I have iTunes 8.
Should I downgrade my iTunes?
