I tried to find it in the app store.. no luck. I went to their site, but it says its not available in the US. I came to like in on my droid, but now I can't even find something similar for the iphone Does anything exist?

If what your talking about is what I think it is, I remember along time ago something being in cydia like that, where you could drag your finger over the letters and it would type out the word you spelled.

Yeah, that's how it worked. Once you get used to it its great for when you're driving. I can mess up completely and it still gets it :)

Shapewriter is an app that is no longer available in the App Store. Cydia does not have a keyboard tweak for this. iPhone does not have a Swype equivalent.
 
Just looked up Cydia, sorry, have only had the iphone for 12 hours. I guess I should try to jailbreak this thing.

As far as the driving thing... i have to enter a lot of GPS destinations during my day.
