Share iPhoto and iTunes Library?

Is there a way to have two accounts on a MacBook Pro, one for me and one for the wife, and share iTunes and iPhoto libraries?

With all the new features of Mountain Lion coming, I feel like it might be time to have separate accounts on the 'ol MacBook. However, it would be nice if we could still have all the same pictures and music between the two accounts.
