share itunes account for lion

My buddy and I share itunes accounts. We each have our own, but if one gets a cool app, the other can just sign in temporarily and download it, then sign back their own.

Will this work for lion? can I buy/download the installer, and have my buddy sign into my account on his computer, and he download it for free just fine?

when installing lion, and after it's installed, is it pre-linked to that same account that purchased and downloaded it or is it just as "new" as a DVD version would be?

Also, i've been wondering, if someone downloaded the installer off the MAS, what's to stop them just putting the installer on a flash drive and sticking it on other computers that way?

does the installation verify apple ID?

Really? so when does more than one person using purchased software become stealing? 3 People ,10 People, 100 People?
