Share iTunes music library between OSX and Bootcamp?

Does anyone have one iTunes music folder for both operating systems?
So when you add files to iTunes under OSX, they also show up under Windows in Bootcamp?

Is this even possible?

You can try it this way (and it seems to work fine) is to setup an external drive that both operating systems can read/write. From there move all your iTunes music on it. Now you go into each iTunes on both OSes and modify where the music is.

Yes it works fine. I have an external drive that references "Itunes Library". My Zune Library, Microsoft media read form this. I then use Ituens in OSX to also read this library. I have no issues. Having said that, I only ADD music to my library using Itunes. Had no problems for over 12 months including when running win 7 and latest version of zune and media player s/w
