Share itunes with MBP

I have recently purchased a MacBook Pro to go with my iMac. Can anyone tell me how I can copy my itunes library onto my MBP?

If so, can I sync my iPhone with the MBP when I take it with me on holiday?
Can I set up something so that the two libraries are always the same. So that if I put some thing in one library it will copy to another?

Both machines running Leopard.
