Share option in photo app.

Hello.
My iphone 4s on 5.0.1 Will only let me send one picture message when in the photo app and i hit the up option on the upper right corner. Before it would allow up to five pics. But if i select more then one picture and hit
Share the message option disappears. Any ideas why?
