when you invite someone to share your photos will it work like instagram where we see the photo as they share it and be able to comment on it and see other friends comments?
If they use a device that supports photo stream then they get the pics downloaded to them on their iPhone/iPad or computer in iPhoto.
If they don't have an iOS device they are given a link to a webpage.
Was this shown in the keynote? I've not seen the video yet
I can't remember if it was. I know it was mentioned , but I don't remember if it was shown.
There was a slide in the keynote that showed a photo shared thru PhotoStream and comments showing up towards the bottom of the picture. It looked pretty cool.
What?? I don't see I can share my photos with Photos Stream in my iPhone 4 iOS 6 beta, either chosen as a single picture or multiple. There is sharing, but only mail, twitter, facebook, Chinese Weibo, print, copy.
hope you don't mind maskingtape i crossed out your name.
you click the top right square arrow button then choose the pic you want and share then you choose photostream and then invite someone to see it or make it public.
I looked, the PhotoStream text and icon isn't there. I listed all I see. *Maybe* because I restored from an iClould backup.
so did i. not sure why it wouldn't be showing.
