I have two accounts on my Mac, is it possible to have them set to the same System Preferences? It's annoying to change everything twice.

I don't just mean the actual System Preferences, but also things like View Options for Safari, Finder, etc. as well as Preferences for Finder.

One thing I could imagine would be copying some sort of Preference files. I don't know if that's good however. Is there another, more "official" way of doing that?
