Share video or audio like in iChat

Hi,

So i used to watch videos, listen to music and share pictures through iChat's Presentation feature with friends, until i upgraded to Mavericks. I tried to do this the other day and the feature has disappeared in Messages.

We can't even have a video playing at the same time with FaceTime because the system volume is lowered for some stupid reason... I've tried the same thing with Skype, but Skype uses far more processing power than FaceTime and makes the fan sound unbearable...

Does anyone know of another webcam app which includes a feature like presentation mode?
