Are you talking about bridging a connection?

When you click the "sharing" button and then go to "internet sharing"

You then have the option to share your internet connection from the Airport to devices with Firewire or Ethernet.

I want to be able to share my Airport connection to devices using wifi.

Nope. You only have one Wifi card, it can't receive on one network and broadcast on another at the same time.
