Shared Audio In/Out on the 13 is beat

used to connect my turn table to my macbook through the audi in port, and have it hooked up to my stereo via the audio out.

I just realized I can no longer do this. Is there an adapter for the 13 to split the headphone jack?

If you have a spare usb port you can make use of something like this.

Your best bet would be to buy an USB or Firewire audio interface. Not only sound quality will be better (better analog-to-digital converter), but you can plug more than one device as an input. You can find some for under 200$ (some as low as 70$).
