Shared Calendar, Events Entered by Others Not Showing is Outlook

I created an iCloud calendar to share.

The events that both I enter and they enter properly appear in the calendar app on my MBA, in the calendar in iCloud and in the calendar app on my iPhone.

The events that ONLY I enter are appearing in Outlook for Windows [i.e. the events that they enter do not appear in Outlook for Windows]. How do I get the events that they enter to appear?
