Shared Calendar, Events Not Showing in Outlook 2011

[Correction to title, I meant Outlook 2010 for Windows]

I created an iCloud calendar to share.

The events that both I enter and they enter properly appear in the calendar app on my MBA, in the calendar in iCloud and in the calendar app on my iPhone.

The events that ONLY I enter are appearing in Outlook 2010 [i.e. the events that they enter do not appear in Outlook 2010]. How do I get the events that they enter to appear?

Speaking of Outlook 2011 for Mac, is there a way to get my iCloud calendar to appear in Outlook 2011?
