Say I migrated from my pc over to my new mac, and aside from making two admin accounts (which I fixed) it brought over the files in my two partitions on my pc of course, however, I had a C and D drive. The files that were on my E drive on my PC are now showing up under macintoshHD/users/shared folder/files from D or something like that. Do I need to change this under preferences/sharing or is there another way to not have it be treated like a shared folder. I tried to copy the pics from that drive into my pictures folder and it copied all of them instead of just moving them.
