"Shared" in Finder window

I see 2ce01215dd in SHARED section of the Finder window (OS version 10.7.1). When I click on it, I see the message "Connecting" and then "Connection Failed".

After a reboot, this line disappears but then sometimes comes back. Should I be worried about some malicious software?
