Shared Mac "Not Connected" in Finder

Hello and thank you for taking the time.

I have a few computers at home on a network and suddenly one of them isn't behaving as expected from a networking standpoint. It is "Not Connected" and there is not a "Connect As' button as I would expect. I can share it's screen but I want to connect and view its file structure to grab some files I need from it. I have been able to do this until today and don't know how to troubleshoot it.

I have provided screenshots for illustration. The "ChadsMacMini" is the one that is not working as expected while the "ChadsiMac" is operating normally.

Have you tried rebooting both computers?

rebooting doesn't work

Rebooted both computers to no end.

Someone turned off file sharing in system preferences.
