Shared photostreams

In ios6, when you enable shared photostreams in clean instalation, all the photos download to the phone (in my account, 4.7gb in 58 album), in ios7 only download when view the photo or album.
It's a good news for cellular data, but it's a bad news for me, i prefer download any photos in wifi connection and available.
Any way for that in ios7?

Does this work?

Settings > Mobile > find Photos in list > Off

That was not what he meant.
It is a success that enables ios7 disable mobile data in the photos.
The issue is the following, in ios6 were unloaded all photos (4.7 gb) and you could see where you want, now ios7 not discharged (nor 3g nor wifi) are downloaded only when you enter the album.
If you are uninsured or 2g, you do not get to see the photo never (or see a preview of blurry).
Why I said if it was possible to force this download ios7 somehow.
