Still learning my way around Catalina on a new Mini in the post-iTunes world. 
I have another Mini for an iTunes server - it just runs iTunes (ver 12.9.5.5 under Mojave) 24/7 with home sharing. I can access this shared library with the TV and Music apps and it shows all my media and playlists. But when I click on a playlist, it shows the number of items yet the list is blank.
Are the new TV and Music apps not compatible with shared iTunes playlists? These same playlists work fine on my two AppleTV 4's and my older Macs with iTunes.
