Hi folks,

I'm wondering if someone familiar with shared network volumes and folders could assist me in resolving a permissions issue?

I have a Mac Mini connected to a Lacie RAID box. It has three shared folders. My staff can all access these folders as guests without having to log into the server.

However, a lot of the time, my staff and I have issues where we can't replace files due to permission errors. I want it so that all four of us can ALWAYS overwrite, delete, or copy files from these shared volumes any time.

If I screenshare into the Mini and set permissions so Everyone can Read & write, and apply to enclosed items, it works fine for a while, but then when we come back to that folder a few days later, it again locks us out.

Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Kindest regards,

Scottie
