Sharing 2013 MBP need iCloud info

Hi, I have a second user on my 2013 MacBook Pro, and I would like to turn off the iCloud syncing on my items since I use a new Mac myself. Will this turn off my guest users syncing ability to her own cloud? To upgrade this Mac I need to remove some things to create space for System upgrades.
