I'm A Michigander
HI.

I have my iMac and PC connected on a Wireless Router.
I can get files from each computer fine.
I have a printer connected to my PC, and this is the one I would like to share with my Mac.
I have tried everything. On both my PC and Mac to try to get this to work.
Using the Printer Setup Utility I clicked the "More Printers" button and chose Windows Printing and It found the printer on my PC, but when I try printing that way, It says the connection failed.
When I set it up using the LPD and Ip address in the Printer Setup Utility on my Mac using the ip address from my PC, it will start the print job, and then just stop.

Here are the two websites I've gotten my info from.

http://www.myfirstmac.com/index.php/mac/articles/1-printer-for-your-mac-and-pc

and

Can Someone Please Help Me?
Thanks!

What kind of router and what kind of printer are you using? It sounds like a driver issue but I've never tried printing from a router before. Some printers simply don't have drivers for Mac (like my parents' Epson).

Im using a Belkin G+ Wireless MIMO router.
And A Lexmark Printer. Z7-something.
The Model wasnt listed in the driver list..but one website said just pick one that seems close enough, and it should work.
