Sharing a printer with Win 7

I have a printer on my iMac with Lion that I want to share with my wife and daughters laptops that both run Win 7. I have the printer set to share on the Mac but the windows machine's can't see it

I paid about $10 for a print server to attach my printer directly into a LAN port on my router so all computers can use it without leaving a computer running 24/7.
