Dear all,

I am a beginner with iMovie. I have a Project 2.5hours long in iMovie. When I attempt to 'Share' to iTunes I wait a long time to be given an error message stating the movie is too long.

There is plenty of capacity on the harddrive. I have looked on the web for a limit to sharing a movie, but alas I have not found this information. I even went into an Apple store to ask at their Genius bar, but they said there was no limit (just size of hard disk).

All my software is fully up-to-date, it is iMovie '11, and I am running Lion.

Any help much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Mark

Dear andiwm2003,

Thank you for your interes in my issue. I am running a brand new iMAc 27inch 3.4GHz Intel Core i7 with 4GB of RAM.

As an update I shared the same Project last night using the 'Medium' setting to iTunes and it worked fine. So I do not understand why the 'Large' setting didn't work.

Many thanks,

Mark
