Sharing a sub-folder with local user

I know how to share a folder in my User folder (with local and network users), but not sure about sharing a sub-folder.

Basically, I want to share a folder within the "Pictures" folder with a local user, without letting the user see the entire "Pictures" folder. I also do not want to move the sub-folder to the Public folder.

Can this be done?
