iPod touch Sharing Apps/Music with iPhone & iTouch

I have a 3Gs iPhone. I am also purchasing an iTouch. How can I put my apps and music on the iTouch that I currently have on my iPhone?

I'm pretty sure that you can just sync it and you'll get all of your apps/music on your iPod Touch.
