I want OS X and Windows (boot camp) to share a 'Documents'/'My Documents' folder. I am running Yosemite and Windows 7, with drivers installed so that each has full read/write access to both partitions. I plan to point the 'My Documents' folder (in Windows) to the 'Documents' folder (in OS X).

This arrangement will mean that when I am using Windows 7 and I save/move/delete files in 'My Documents' I will actually be making changes to files in Yosemite's 'Documents'.

Will this arrangement cause problems for either Yosemite or Windows 7?
