Sharing files to Windows XP

Hi

I'm trying to share a folder on my new iMac to my Windows XP laptop though I can't see where I'm going wrong.

I can see the iMac displayed on the laptop when I click on 'view workgroup computers'. I double click on the Mac displayed and enter the following:

username: 'iMac\(the user name that is shown in the Users folder)'
password: my iMac password

Yet I can't seem to access anything.

Check your sharing option in settings, I believe you should set which folders can be accessed. I'm not sure though, I've never done it.

I've selected a folder and it appears in the Shared Folders list.
