sharing files with bootcamp partition on parallels

i know parallels allows you to share files betwen OS...

1) does VMWare's beta?

2) if you install to bootcamp, and use that partition in parallels, can you still share files?

File sharing works in VMware as well. Just like in Parallels, you drag and drop. And you can do the same with your bootcamp partition in both parallels and fusion.
