I am sharing files with another person over a network (both using Mac Book Pros & Leopard).

I have a specific Drop Box for that user (We are both assigned read & write).

When I receive a Folder in the Drop Box & proceed to work with its contents(mostly graphic files) I am unable to save my edits.

"Could not save as "file-name.psd" because you do not have the necessary access privileges."

And every time I have to find the folder and add myself to the 'Sharing and Permission" list

Is there any way to avoid this

Thanks so much

I can do that

but I don't want to do that every time I receive a new file
