sharing internet connection between MacBook and PC

Hi all,
I have a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.6.6 and an old IBM ThinkPad T22 running Windows 2003 Server SP2.

I use a wireless connection with my Mac and my PC does not have a wireless device.
I would like to share the internet connection between the MacBook and the ThinkPad.

Use an Ethernet cable and connect the Mac to the PC via that cable.

The Mac side of the situation is going fine,
But I can't seem to configure the Windows side to realize there's a connection.
Any ideas?
