Sharing Internet Connection of an USB Cellular Modem

I am planing to get an USB Cellular Internet Modem
and use it with my MBP 13.
I want to know if there is a way to share the internet connection of that USB modem via WiFi/Bluetooth
with my iPhone 3G.

its like making the Mac act like an WiFi access point !
