Sharing internet through Airport Express's ethernet w/o WDS?

I have my AE joined to my netgear wgr614 v6 router's wireless network and I was wondering if I could simply provide an internet connection to my PC through the airport's ethernet port. I can't extend the network over WDS due to the router's limitations but I was hoping a wired bridge might be possible.
