Sharing Itunes Library between two accounts on the same Mac

Hello,

I recently bought an external hard drive to keep all of my music on. When I transferred it over to the new hard drive I set up each account's Itunes to the new itunes music folder on the external hard drive. The problem I am having is when I add songs to the library it will only add them to the account that they were added on. So if I go to the other account on the mac it will not show the songs that were recently added and I have to go through and add them again.

Is there any way to make it that when I add music on either account it will show up on both accounts Itunes?
