Sharing iTunes playlists

I have two Macs on my home network. I know how to open iTunes on both and drop a song from one to the other through "Shared" imacs. But is there a way I can create a playlist on one and then just copy the entire playlist to the other. I can't seem to figure this out. The songs are non-iTunes purchased (ie, home made music).

Use import/export playlist. It's under File -> Library.
