Sharing keybpard and mouse with PC and Macbook 2011?

Anyway to do this please? I want to buy a new imac and connect my displayport PC and work Macbook to it to use the fantastic 27' display. Any way to share the same keyboard and mouse though?

I will have three computers, the Imac (with its KB and mouse), a Macbook pro and a PC. Trying minimize using three keyboards and mice !

How would a KVM work with a MAc though? And would it work between a PC and a MAC? I thought KVM was a PC concept ?

KVMs are multiplatform. At least all the ones I've ever used are.

I +1 the recommendation for Synergy though; WAY more helpful than a KVM. I use Teleport by Abysssoft, which is about the same. No need to messes of wires, connecting and disconnecting. And you can share clipboards. And free.
