I was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to share my LAN internet to an XBOX 360 using the Apple USB ethernet cable (for the Macbook Air) on my Macbook Pro 13"?

I've tried several routers, and all have them have failed me giving me massive timeouts and sudden disconnects. I think this should be a good solution.

Should be able to as long as you set up internet sharing in the sharing preferences window and configure the IP addresses and gateway properly on the Xbox. :)

It's not what you are asking for, but I use the Airport Express Base Station to do this for my XBox 360. Works perfectly, all the time. Best of all, no computer is needed for this connection outside of the one time base station setup.
