Is there a way to stop getting “would you like to stop sharing your location with the partipants in this conversation” notification when I delete a text with a person I am sharing a location too? I used to not get these notifications, but getting them now.

I always delete my texts, so now always gets this notification when sharing my location with someone. Tried different settings, but continue to get this.

Thanks!

One idea: I also deleted messages pretty regularly until just recently, when I rediscovered the setting that automatically deletes them after 30 days. I am okay with that schedule, so I quit worrying about doing it myself. I suspect that if you let messages be deleted automatically this way, you won’t be prompted anymore. 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for the suggestion. I just prefer to keep my texts clean looking and even 30 days is too long for me. LOL.

Just baffling to my there is not an option to turn that off. For some reason, on my wife’s iPhone she does not get that notification for sharing her location with our son. It is sharing to his iCloud email, which is the only thing that seems different. Tried that on my iPhone and still get the sharing notification.
