Sharing more detailed Apple Health data with others?

Hi - I’m wondering if it’s possible to share more detailed Apple health data?

I’m caring for aging parents that are located far hence would like to see all of their Apple Health data as they see on their phone.

I enabled Sharing however I only seem to see a subset of the data. For example, if they do an ECG, I do not see the detailed results.

How would I be able to do this?
