I have been bugged/a little annoyed with the creaky left palm rest. Felt as though if I would to move a little, it would rather and make that tick tick sound, which is annoying. I decided to go and buy a Pentolope 5, P5 screwdriver, hoping that unscrew and screw back the screws would resolve the issue.

Finally, after 7 weeks or so, I finally found the solution.
1) Unscrew all the 10 screws.
2) Screw them in diagonally. If you start with Top Left, then the Bottom Right is the next, and continue to do so for the rest. But do not tighten them, screw in just so they are in place
3) Do 1 last round and tighten them.

Lo and Behold, wow, I can't believe it actually works. I didn't really believe that it works, and for 7 weeks, yes 7 weeks, I kept screw them just one after another.

Googled and found that, actually screw in the diagonal way works and is the right way to ensure the torque tension is equal.

I wish those who have similar issue, good luck and have a try!
